The Vision -

Jaro
- Jaro's long
term financial viability will be placed on a firm footing
with the completion of the building
development.
- Jaro will be able to
expand its mission to other parts of the country, accept
more rehabilitees for training, and develop new forms of
rehabilitation strategies using up-to-date
technology.
- Jaro will become a
centre of excellence and support for the NGOs that work
to improve the lives of the disadvantaged in our
society.
The Vision -
For
the Disabled Worker
- Jaro will be
able to improve wage levels and benefits for its
rehabilitees
- It will be able to
provide the rehabilitees with professional assistance,
such as occupational therapists and skilled
craftspersons, who can help them maximise their abilities
and potential.
- It will satisfy the
need for a spacious and pleasant work environment for the
disabled.
